If you print and file a paper copy you can use Quickfile’s Print Manager to print all of your messages at the same time or selected messages. You can also assign a client number to messages when you send them so you know exactly where to file the printed copies.

 

Open Client E-mail Folders from ESILAW!

Outlook™ e-mail folders can be opened from ESILAW using the e-mail tab in Inquiry, Clients, or ESILAW Lawyer Desktop Clients & Matters. Simply click on the e-mail tab and the corresponding client Outlook™ folder opens. If an e-mail folder doesn’t exist you can create it instantly!

 

Integrated Scheduler Keeps Your Client Folders Up-to-Date!

Once you’ve specified your Quickfile folder path for Outlook™, ESILAW’s built-in scheduler can be set to run in the background keeping your client folders up-to-date. Folders can also be manually updated or created from Inquiry, Clients, or the ESILAW Lawyer Desktop Clients & Matters feature.

You can create e-mail storage folders by client name or by Responsible Lawyer, with clients grouped by lawyer. Use whatever method works best for your firm!

Quickfile’s Find feature in Outlook™ can help you quickly find and open any client folder. Just type any part of the client name, number, or matter and select a folder!

 

Quickfile Works with Your Outlook™ Personal Folders or Exchange Public Folders

If you don’t use Microsoft Exchange you can create client e-mail folders in your Personal folder tree. If you use Exchange you can create both Personal and Public e-mail folders and share public access with your peers.

 

Use With or Without ESILAW

Quickfile features an enhanced ESILAW interface to ESILAW 2007 or higher that can automatically create and manage your Outlook™ e-mail storage folders and provide e-mail lookup by client from within ESILAW. If you're not running ESILAW 2007 or higher you can still use Quickfile to manage your e-mail.
